Kelye enjoyed a 19 year career rising from property level to the largest franchise company in the world.  After 8 years "Hands-On" property sales and human resources experience and most recently 300 plus weeks on the road "Corporate" experience, both domestic and international, of opening and converting company's and hotels, facilitating general manager and owner orientation and conducting small training seminars to large motivating conference break-out sessions, Kelye is equipped with a "tool box" to grow your bottom line.
